Job description:
As member of the International European Licensing team the Regulatory Affairs Manager will have the supervision of the licensing procedures in Europe. The Regulatory Affairs Manager's task is to work with the country authorities to ensure the best results regarding the registration dossier. His/her substantive knowledge, creativity, persuasiveness and strategic choices will be especially appealed to.
Main tasks of the Regulatory Affairs Manager:
· supervision of central and decentral European licensing procedures;
· informs and advices the internal organisation on all relevant international and transposed national legislation and its interpretation in force;
· assesses forthcoming and existing relevant legislation with the aim to take initiatives for removing existing barriers and preventing upcoming regulatory threats;
· sets up and maintains direct and indirect contacts with regulatory authorities in Europe.
Job requirements:
· education: Academic, veterinary medicines or relevant experience in life sciences (virology, bacteriology, biology or pharmacy);
· preferably experience in the field of regulatory affairs;
· knowledge of research, production and/or control of immunological veterinary medicinal products would be an advantage;
· excellent English in speaking and writing;
· able to work in highly educated and specialized teams;
· communicative, flexible and persistent personality;
· able to cope with temporary stress and deadlines.
